Ruby Port · Chili · Cold Brew Coffee · Dark Rum
Ingredients:
40 ml Ruby Port
20 ml Dark Rum(preferably Madeira-aged or rich
10 ml Cold Brew Concentrate
5 ml Chili Syrup (adjust to heat preference)
Garnish:
Rim a chilled coupe glass lightly with chili salt (half rim).
Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
Double strain into the prepared coupe.
