Ruby Port · Chili · Cold Brew Coffee · Dark Rum

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml Ruby Port

  • 20 ml Dark Rum(preferably Madeira-aged or rich

  • 10 ml Cold Brew Concentrate

  • 5 ml Chili Syrup (adjust to heat preference)

  • Garnish:

    • Rim a chilled coupe glass lightly with chili salt (half rim).

    • Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.

    • Double strain into the prepared coupe.
